Chloe is a policy researcher, writer, and educator based in London. She is currently completing an MRes in Public Policy Research at the University of Glasgow, having previously earned a BA in Philosophy and French from the University of Oxford.

Her work brings together research, teaching, and communication. At Nova, Chloe serves as Mentor Engagement Lead, where she works closely with mentors and helps support meaningful student research experiences. She has also worked as a tutor and volunteer educator, with a strong interest in widening access to education and supporting students from different backgrounds.

Alongside her academic and education work, Chloe has experience in editorial and publishing roles, including with the International Broadcasting Convention and a literary agency in Paris. These roles reflect her long-standing interest in writing, critical thinking, and clear communication.

Fluent in English and French, Chloe is especially interested in policy, education, and the ways research can be used to make institutions and opportunities more accessible.
